Every year, the USA Cycling Development Foundation awards four scholarships to collegiate athletes that exemplify the qualities set forth by their namesakes, Joshua Kuck and John Stenner. Each scholarship is awarded to one man and one woman, each a full-time student and licensed member of collegiate cycling. All USA Cycling collegiate members are encouraged to apply for one or both of these prestigious awards.
